VAT Refund Information:

Minimum purchase amount: EUR 50.01

Period for obtaining a valid customs stamp: 3 months from the issuing month

Tax Free Form validity: with valid customs stamps 6 months from issuing date

Receipt/Invoice: need to be attached to the Tax Free Form

Customs stamp: two official Slovenian customs stamps (one of the stamps must be on the Tax Free Form, the other one on the invoice) or any other EU country customs stamps (only one stamp on the Tax Free Form)
