Period for obtaining a valid customs stamp: 3 months from the issuing month

Tax Free Form validity: with a valid customs stamp 7 months from issuing month

Receipt: original receipt need to be attached to the Tax Free Form

Customs stamp: an official Polish or any other EU customs stamp

IMPORTANT: Polish forms are only refundable in cash at our Refund Points!
