Where do you live and what do you like best about the area?
Primrose Hill in North London. I like it because it’s quiet and there’s a lot of parks and greenery – and you can walk into central London in 30 minutes.
What’s your impression of London?
I think London is the most creative of the fashion weeks and there is a wealth of talent here.
Which show are you looking forward to most this season and why?
Louise Gray, as she is a great friend of mine and I love what she does.
Which have been the best show spaces?
I have shown in spaces across London; I like the Dairy best as it is a bit of a blank canvas.
What are your Fashion Week must-haves?
Lots of vitamins and Berocca so that I stay healthy and awake for my show!
What are your tips for surviving Fashion Week?
Keep a lot of clothes in the studio as, for the whole period, there are events after work almost every night and you need to keep a wardrobe at work.
What’s your top stop for food during Fashion Week?
Leon – healthy and fast.
Which is your favourite Wi-Fi café?
I have an iPod so I don’t need a Wi-Fi café, I use 3G.
Which is your favourite place for a post-show cocktail? Bistrotheque in Hackney – relaxed and fun.
What are your Fashion Week wardrobe staples?
Something simple like black jeans, but always a great shoe!
Which is the most treasured piece in your wardrobe?Probably all of my shoes. I love shoes.
What was your most recent luxury purchase?
I bought a lovely Jil Sander top recently that I love.
Which is your favourite city for shopping and why?
Paris, there is something about it that makes me spend (too much) money.
What do you like most about London style?
I love the mix of the people here, it’s a very inspiring city
Which is the most fashionable part of London?
East London, it’s where we work.
Which is your favourite London boutique?
Dover Street Market for the mix of brands and selection of pieces.
