Shining a spotlight onto the most exciting emerging talents in the world of fashion, art and food, Selfridges’ second Bright Young Things event will see 15 newcomers championed in the store until the end of February. Each designer will decorate a shop window to showcase the essence of their brands, as well as being given a platform to sell their products online and in three temporary shops in the Selfridges store, a unique opportunity to attract attention and start gathering a fan base. Those involved this year include womenswear designers Adam Andrascik, Alice Lee and Fashion East’s Maarten van der Horst, menswear designers William Richard Green and Shaun Samson and accessories designer Oliver Ruuger.
