In the heart of the traditional Eixample neighbourhood, enthusiastic young designers, architects and artists from all over the world have opened an unusual space to show their colourful, original and eclectic creations. Mar de Cava is housed in a building with two storeys that each cover 270 square metres. Visitors can find anything from a hand-painted greeting card for €2 to a limited-edition sideboard that costs €21,000. The store, which is full of light and colour, also hosts a variety of exhibitions.
