Berlin has a new destination for eco-friendly high-street shopping in the form of the new Bershka flagship that recently opened on Tauentzienstrasse. Environmental sustainability was paramount during the store’s construction, with LED bulbs, FSC-certified wood products and biodegradable plastic bags all used as standard. On top of that, 50% of the store’s electricity comes from renewable sources, making it one of Berlin’s greenest places to shop.
