Following the success of the Hel Yes! pop-up restaurant and exhibition, which opened in London during the city’s annual Design Week, the culinary art project is set to re-open in 2012. To honour Helsinki’s status as World Design Capital 2012, the three-strong Hel Yes! creative team, headed by concept director and executive chef Antto Melasniemi, will once again combine the culinary flavours of Finland with the country’s celebrated design tradition to create a unique dining experience, this time on home soil.
