Highlights from Copenhagen Fashion Week: retro revival

With casually dishevelled hair, oversized layers and hints of floral print beneath heavy coats, the crowds at Copenhagen Fashion Week fully embraced the 90s grunge revival. Patterned maxi dresses were teamed with Converse trainers and Ray-Bans, while chunky black boots toughened up floral leggings and duffel coats were thrown over silky slip dresses. The most rebellious took a Gothic turn with leather leggings, lace and fishnet tights; sprinklings of leopard print and hints of crushed velvet were similarly retro in tone.
