The ripening process of the Reypenaer cheeses is unique to the Netherlands, and it yields a distinctive, complex taste. Visitors to the Reypenaer Cheese Tasting Rooms have the opportunity to test and evaluate the flavour, aroma and qualities of the Reypenaer cheeses, all under the guidance of an expert cheese taster. Each tasting session lasts approximately one hour and there are three classes on offer: the Connoisseur Class, the Exceptional Class and the Special Class. The company also caters for corporate events and private parties.
